Media Management Subscription
If you are too busy to manage your social media accounts or just not digital savvy. This subscription will keep you up-to-date with posts going up consistently; ensuring your demographic knows you are having an event, sale, service or promotion. It begins with a styled guide based on your brand, a formulated content strategy focusing on the areas of promotion you want, a content plan for that curated, professional look and scheduling. Leave it to me, your personal content creator!

Each project starts with a brand discovery and brand strategy questionnaire. This will be the foundation for your brand I will
use this in everything I design.
Design
The designing process takes
time, and we don’t want to rush
the process. A rushed project is
less than its best. I will advise you
of the lead time for each project.
Refine
This is your opportunity to provide
me with feedback to make your
project even better. Each project
includes up to 2 revision rounds.
Delivery
Launch time! Once the final
balance is settled, your files
will be available to you via
Google Drive and your website
will be handed over to you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Two payment options are available on all projects; pay in full or a payment plan. With a payment plan, a 25% deposit is required to lock-in your start date, and the remaining payments will be split evenly across the agreed upon timeline.
Please note, due to the nature of digital files, you will only receive your project deliverables when the balance of your project is fully settled. All pricing is quoted in CAD and can be paid via e-transfer or cheque.
When can we start?
You will be able to choose a start date after you have submitted an inquiry, and I have sent you a quote. Keep in mind that I usually book 1-3 months in advance, and project timelines vary on a per project basis.
Please note, all start dates are strictly first-come-first-served, and a down-payment is required to secure your start date.
How many refinements will I have?
Each project includes up to two rounds of refinements.
Any refinements or changes outside the scope of the project will be at an additional cost.
What platform will my website be on?
I currently build all custom websites on the Squarespace platform, but I am testing out other platforms to gain a broad knowledge of what will work best for all business types.
Are there additional costs?
For web design, you’ll need to purchase a Squarespace subscription. You will also need to purchase a domain if you don’t already have one, and any font licenses.
